Concerning Japanese Whaling

Just a very short update here....

So, one Black Friday, Japan quietly confirms to the other members of the International Whaling Commission, that they will indeed take 'research whaling' back to Antarctica. A few short days later the fleet takes off.

In response to Japan's action, a few days later (December 7th), many countries, led by New Zealand present a demache (a high level diplomatic protest) to Japan.
