Signs of Spring III

Cherry Blossom
The daffodils are almost over for another year here in the UK.

The celandines, dandylions and daisies have appeared as if by magic and the trees of the limply valley are again alive with a flush of green.

And the cherry trees are in a frenzy of pink blossom.

Out in the garden, Stumpy the one legged feral pigeon has survived the winter and seems to be faring well, and a greater spotted woodpecker is busy at the feeder.

The air is warm and mellow.... the promise of Spring is turning to Summer... so it must be time to be somewhere far away!

Stumpy in the daffodils
And here she is again.
And here's that woodpecker
(red splodge on head says its a boy)
